WORLD EVENT: Death of a Clown

On the 20th the Joker will finally die from wounds sustained when he "attacked" the Core. But he will not rest while there is work to be done and will return in the Darkness as a massive beast. He will rampage his way back to the baseball diamond intent on finishing his work. It is up to the people of the Port to stop him!

What will be needed:

-People to fight Titan Joker (think this thing only with a long whip-like tail with a poisonous barb at the end. It makes bellowing cackles, like a giant hyena.)
-People to fight other monsters in the Darkness that have been disturbed by all the chaos.
-People to repair Darkness Proofing (if you own a business and would like to have the Proofing knocked out let me know!)
-People to attend to the wounded
-People to evacuate areas.

There won't be structural damage to the city but some people may die.

BASICALLY I encourage people to go all out with this! I'll have a log up and the more the merrier. This will mark the end of the Core plot.

Oh man what to pick. Obviously Auri is my fall back guy on this kind of stuff. But as Auri tossed Joker in jail, I like to think Aurican will attempt to stop Venom Joker but will be overwhelmed by a gang of nasty Dakrness monsters, so somebody else can take Joker on.

Edit: I forgot that Aurican have earlier offered a taxi service on his back during the Darkness earlier in the network, so he will also be transporting the injured to hospitals and other safehouses.

Marco will be sitting this one out unless I can think up a good reason why he might be helping out at all.

Zoey idk, likely rush over at the Towers to protect the residents there.

Oh boy!

Byakuya will be beating on Darkness monsters. He's got some issues to work out and where better than on their faces? He'll also be evacuating civilians in between bashing monsters.

Mercy will gladly work as a triage nurse. She knows basic first aid, but that's about it. Any doctors want her for an extra set of hands?

Ellen is sitting this out. She'll help a few folks near where she works, but that's about it.actually, Ellen will be defending the towers. Anyone want some CR with a woman not afraid to wield handguns as well as a shotgun?

Jubilee is going to be opening the first floor of the HoA for this. Including the clinic inside. She can do basic triage, but that's it. She can do sutures, but she hasn't got a good hand for it. Anyone in the HoA/want to end up there, who wants to run with this, lets go!

Kevin will be killing monsters. All the monsters. I'm willing for him to get battered around by Titan Joker, though he'll probably fail at doing... anything except ticking it off, but that's okay, right? :D

Aurican will be fighting monsters, on both on ground and in the air so it is possible Byakuya might see him. On the other side, Aurican will also act as a taxi to those injured to other hospitals, so it's possible he might fly by HoA.

I'll offer Zoey for the towers protection! She's well versed in guns and first-aid.

Jubilee will be encountering a new Darkness monster. Well, new to her, anyway. As such, several things are going to happen.

1) She will almost die.
2) Her powers are going to go haywire while she is injured, so unless you can take being detonated on a subatomic level? Don't touch.
3) She will be announced dead to the network. (anyone want to do this? Please speak up and we can talk details)
4) There will be several people who will be told that she is not, in fact, dead: Loki, Deadpool, Blaine (eventually), Tony, Steve, Wanda.

That's about all I can think of at the moment. Anyone have any questions/want to be involved?

Deadpool will be assisting Jubilee by helping doing evacuation/defense. Teleporting belts are awesome. I also imagine basic medic knowledge and such.

Very. He's a raid boss! He might not be quite Kryptonian-level but he does have giant claws and the poison from the tail is....what you'd expect it to be.

Anders will be happy to switch off between healing and fighting as need be! Probably more fighting off anything going after the wounded and staying on the sidelines though.

Unfortunately neither Manfred, Seward, or Pegasus are very er, hand-to-hand combat kind of people. However, Seward can offer healing/attending the wounded...Manfred could probably devise strategy in drawing a perimeter or something to help head off the monster....And Pegasus has his weird shadowy power things from the Eye that will mostly be er, for his own use. xD;

EDIT: Manfred and Seward can both wield weapons, actually....Guns. Canonly. xD So, I guess Seward has a sunlight bulleted gun and could be back up.

Manfred will only shoot things if they get in his way. :|

Unohana will likely wind up taking command at the Center, because hey, she's a military commander as well as a doctor and she'd fall back into the habit. Healing people and fighting off nasties when the proofing gets knocked out are go.

Celes will be assisting evacuation efforts and doing some monster fighting as a result. Same with Hitsugaya; he may be moping, but he can still fight.

OMG okay because he has to make up for the time he let ol' Joker bust out, Larry is going to fight the monsters but he miiiiight (recklessly) try to get to Titan Joker too. The odds of that will be low.

Anyway, Larry will be trying to save everyone else from crazy monsters.

Angeal will def be fighting and evacuating as best he can, and can even throw in a few cures at some point. I'd love to team up with people as well!

Xellos will be generally unhelpful and enjoying the chaos, maybe directing people towards the giant monster. Unless Joker Titan goes towards the Uzushio, he's mostly just going to lament the loss of a true artist, and the final climatic performance piece. There will likely be popcorn and ice cream.
