Well for AGI and Manfred, Xellos is on the periphery of the company. He certainly would be involved in some shading dealings and such. He also has magical powers and is relatively amoral, though he will never outright lie, but he could certainly make people afraid of Manfred.

For Pegasus, you can have him promote Duel Monsters in Iroh's tea shop. Iroh likely enjoyed the game, and he enjoys a man who can appreciate a cup of tea and strategy games.
