She is so uncertain about him still. She appreciates the supply of antidepressants and the NV "upgrades", but doesn't trust him and probably never will. Once someone loses her trust she has trouble giving it again, especially when she's been hurt so many times by people she trusted so profoundly. There are glimmers of him still being a good person, her opinion of someone doesn't flip THAT dramatically, but she still can't trust him.

She knows he's capable of murder and just as capable of justifying his actions, and she doesn't have a very nuanced view of mental illness, so in her mind he spent that catatonic time ducking his responsibilities and refusing to be a man about it. For that, he's lost all of her respect.

But she's not stupid enough to completely write off a valuable resource. Not completely. And he's helping her- he helped her get through the wedding, protect Ben, and did help with Sam, even if those memories are tainted now. So she can't hate him. She understands now that a great deal of her hatred for him was misdirected anger towards John, Tom, Sam, Michael, and Azazel. You know, the culmination of everything, and then the Crowley fiasco happening at the wrong time.
