Marco feels a little mixed with Jesse. For one thing, Marco tends to mix charity with pity a little too much, so his ass his still chapped from that. On the other hand, Marco wouldn't have gotten ahead like he did without the dough, so he doesn't know what to think. He much rather to trick people to give him money so he can feel good that he obtained it without being pitiful. So he's dealing with his self esteem and pride on this.

On the other hand, it's good to see someone who can speak his slang and lingo. Marco may have been born in a suburban family, but he grew up in the harsh life that may or may not involved gangs and drugs, so he knows how to move around that. He's not sorry he moved out of that life either.
