While she doesn't feel comfortable talking to you about everything problematic in her life, you've come off as someone she can confide to when she has difficulties that isn't too private to her in an alarmingly short amount of time. Hattie kind of sees you as a royal advisor. Without the royalty.

She doesn't know anything important about you nor does she question it (mostly because you mostly make her happy). She has no idea how old you are, what god you worship or where in blazes a priest gets all that money from. But considering she has what she wants, her trust has pretty much been bought.

This is also why she tolerates your strange tricks of appearing out of nowhere and scaring the hell out of her.
