Ahiru you are so cute and and huggable and Alice kind of wants to groom her into a little(er) Alice. Alice sees shades of her younger, more idealistic self in her and it really endears her to her. There's also the love of dance thing that attracts her, because even though she doesn't dance as often as she used to (because her partner is in another universe :C) it's still important to her. She can't wait for the day they actually do dance together :3

She also loves that she didn't put up a fight when Alice made her flower girl dress. Easy clients are the best clients.

YOU'RE A BIG JERK.

It was a huge blow to Alice to learn that her first real friend in Port was essentially a lie. She felt so betrayed and it kind of threw her off. She also resents Mags a little for leaving her hanging for so long and letting her think Eli died or disappeared or something awful like that. She does want to be friend with Mags but the thing is, he's not who she wants. She wants her Eli back. :C

Jesse's a lot of things to Alice. Most of them are replacements for things she's lost permanently, or essentially permanently by being in the city.

She'll never love him, not past a familial type thing anyway, but she can't pretend there isn't something there after sleeping with him and that scares her a little. She's close enough to him now that she's gotten attuned to his future, where she doesn't have to intentionally look for it to see it. It's not great for her, because now she sees all the potential, terrible roads his life could go down. It kind of makes her sick to see all these awful decisions he continues making. She sees near death so often she kinda wants to just bite him so he'll never die ever. Not really, but she entertains the idea more than she should.
