HE comes from a horrible background from what little she knows. They talked quite deeply in their very first conversation and she instantly felt for him, in a very sympathetic way. She very quickly wanted, and accepted his friendship.
She's incredibly curious about their home world, from Elves and Dwarves to mage oppression. She wants to find out more, but in her own special way is scared of talking to him because he is so undeniably charming and could probably muddle her into admitting things about him and herself that she's just not ready to have out there.
Though she'd never go down that road with him, she definitely recognises his attractiveness but knows better than to underestimate his intelligence. Though he might not win in a battle of the minds, he's certainly experienced enough to understand things very quickly. She's impressed with his adjustment to modern life and can she just mention how adorable those ears are because she has way more of a chance to inspect them with Zevran than Fenris.

Mercy also has Willow's back in little things which makes her happy! The recent invitation to stay with her showed Willow that she was welcomed by Mercy and it's a welcome friendship. She was concerned when Mercy was hurt, but knew from Buffy that if you try and worry about people that say "don't worry" when hurt? You were in for some hassle.
Overall, Mercy and Willow have great but select CR and it should continue because she likes Mercy and there's something hot about a female mechanic to Willow. Call her crazy.

Well, you've made quite the impression on Willow. When you met way back when she first got here, you most definitely caught her eye. She decided to be brave and offer a share of her fries and was it worth it? Yes. Yes it was. She was so happy to set that spark in motion because BOY did it set a spark in motion for her.
She can't help but grin everytime you pop up on the NV and she loves how sweet and compassionate you are. Plus, the fact that you're a gorgeous woman with a brighter personality to match. She looks forward to asking you out again, with the plotting to trap you into getting into the Willow big time.
She has some confessing to do, definitely about her rather dark and sordid past and she needs to have a clause in there somehow about Tara, but other than that she's ready to dedicate herself into pursuing you, though if you just want to be friends? She's definitely up for that one too.
When and if you choose to confide in her? She'll keep your secret and help you deal with it in anyway you want to. Be that regular heart-to-hearts, chocolate binging or just a friendly hug and a cup of coffee. She wants to be your friend, and she's hoping for more.

She'd never tell him that though. Not to his face. She likes him from what little they've spoken and he's boss man so gotta get in good. Because of his proximity to Xellos, she'll help him with anything he needs help with, as long as it's not bad. She's very good at bad so she stays away from it.
But you know. She does so much work for the store because good impression distraction from being trapped here plus? She can get ingredients for things easily (paid for of course. Until they're friendly enough X3)so she's mucho de happy working for him.

She likes him. What can she say? He's a nice guy who has taken care of her really since she got here. Not literally taken care of so much has had her best interests in mind or so she thinks and she knows that if she needed help? HE's one person she could ask.
She has no idea what the answer would be, but she'd be brave enough to ask the "mysterious priest" which is an incredibly befitting title really because she knows nothing about you really and it's good fun!

HE has a stanchward ally in Willow. If anything attempted to hurt him it'd have a lot of goddessy wrath to deal with because he reminds her not only of Xander, but a little bit of herself in her highschool days. She knows how hard it is to deal with stuff like this when you're that confused a human being.
She also really secretly wants to hook him up with a nice sensible girlfriend. And then teach him how to be a man that the ladies like. And when he's old enough and they're friendly enough, she needs to have a *certain conversation* with him about lady-pleasure.
BUT THAT'S OFF IN THE FAR-AWAY FUTURE!
