Baww Allen. If it counts for anything, she doesn't think of Allen as actually having forgotten her! She doesn't think of him being the same person at all (or tries not to, anyway) but it doesn't stop her from kind of projecting feels she had towards the previous Allen onto him by mistake. Sorry bro.

She will also probably keep lying about the telepathy thing for as long as she knows it bothers him. Oops.

AHA ha I don't actually know if that's better or worse... He thinks of previous!Allen as himself, since. Otherwise that means there's more than one of him, which is perhaps a bit more bizarre than he's prepared to accept right now.

It's a traumatizing thought!! Nill is sure there's another "real" version of her out there somewhere. ...I apologize in advance if any of her crazy rubs off on him, sob.

I would kind of love it if he did, she doesn't get called on it nearly enough.
