Why you trust him, he has no idea. You generally provide a decent amount of entertainment without him even having to mess with you. He enjoys watching the various issues and problems which seem to plague Hiccup constantly. Its rather bizarre that you trust him, it doesn't make much sense at all to him, it reminds him a bit of Gourry.
