Oh, yes! I'm so glad you relinked this on your other OOC post because I kept meaning to refind this after I talked a few things over with castmates. I would love it if I could offer up Oz here to be killed by Godstiel because one of the major themes in the manga where he's from is that his "sin is [his] very existence" because in actuality, Oz is a chain that was put into the body of his father's real deceased son at birth upon the request of the real villian of the manga.
So, basically, Oz shouldn't exist at all in the canon that he's from and definitely not in the form that he exists in now. I'd love to roll with this if you don't mind.
Of note, however, is that Oz can blank out and use the abilities of the chain he used to be which, in his canon, has enough power to break apart the chains that hold the world together and essentially destroy it. But, we can easily handwave it and say that Castiel caught him enough by surprise that Oz was killed before he could even think to defend himself.
