Jesse's a penitent murderer, so I'm not sure how you'd like to go with it, but I'll offer him up either for smiting or miracles at your discretion. He murdered an innocent person and repents that pretty deeply, but he's responsible for many other deaths, not to mention his ongoing involvement in the drug business and stealing powers. Plus, he's Gus's henchman. If his heart is taken into account, though, his intentions are usually good even if his decisions are bad.
