NOVEMBER ACTIVITY CHECK

Hello, all! Welcome to the 34th activity check for Siren's Pull!

The Activity Check is something that will be happening every month, just to check in with players, make sure that all the characters who've been accepted into the game are participating, and get a quick rundown of what characters are up to!

NOTE:
Characters who apped in November's application period are exempt from AC, because they are brand new. However, if you play other characters in the game who have been here longer than this month, then they are not exempt.

Some Activity Check guidelines:

1. Any character who fails to reply to the Activity Check will be removed from the game for inactivity, in order to free up the character for someone else who may wish to play them. You have ONE WEEK to reply to Activity Check until we post the removal list.

2. Any character listed as on hiatus on the Hiatus Page will be exempt from the Activity Check. PLEASE USE THE HIATUS PAGE!
REMINDER If you are going to be on hiatus the entire length of the Activity Check period, please check in before you leave. "Retroactive" hiatuses will not excuse you from checking in!

3. In order to apply for more than two characters you have to give a link to a completed Activity Check on your next application.

How to Pass the Activity Check

All you have to do to pass the Activity Check is post a link to one of the following that has occurred within the past 3 weeks (since October 25th):
- An entry your character has made on sirenspull
- A log in which your character has participated on sirenspull_logs
- A comment thread on sirenspull in which your character has posted 10 or more comments
- An action log in which your character has participated on sirenspull that is 5 or more comments long, total
- Note: IC Contact threads do not count towards your activity check because it is not publicly seen on the game communities.

Additionally, we'd like a short rundown of what your character is currently up to. This doesn't have to be a long summary, just a general idea, and you're more than welcome to keep secret plots secret, so long as you give us something.

If you can't make activity check within the last three weeks there is still the seven days that AC's are open to post. This gives you four weeks in a month to post at least once.

AC closes at midnight on November 21st-22nd. Please get your post in before then, or you will end up on the list!

Brief Summary of Character's Plot: As if in answer to Jesse's prayers, his favorite father-figure partner, Mike, arrived in Siren's Port, which helped Jesse keep a cool head through the challenges he faced in the following weeks. Meowth practically blackmailed Jesse for a power. Lisbeth, Mary, and Nill were all attacked by a mysterious creature. Mary went into a coma, forcing Jesse to deal with John and reveal his ability to the man most likely to use it against him. Jesse, in order to make sure this shit wouldn't happen again, had to track down Xigbar and make a deal with him. And, at home, relations between Jane and Lisbeth and Jesse remained strained, despite Jesse's best efforts to fix the problem by throwing money at it and buying a mansion for all of them to live in comfortably. At least everything with Walt and SERO continued to go smoothly, and Gus appeared to be warming up to Jesse (the keyword there being "appeared").

Brief Summary of Character's Plot: Warsman's had a few ups and downs. After an encouraging start in actually attending the Newcomer Halloween party, his mood ended up crashing entirely with All Soul's day and having to hide his robot-corpse reflection from everyone around him- not so easy when he'd arranged to meet Hattie for life-coaching on the same day. Seeing his parents' image by evening didn't help matters, and he's been fairly sentimental for pretty much the rest of the month.

Brief Summary of Character's Plot: Like Jesse, Gustavo was greatly relieved by the arrival of Mike, his bodyguard/head of security from back home. He attended all the major Halloween parties and did a lot of mingling and rubbing of elbows -- largely with the movers and shakers he's been using his newfound powers to spy on for the past few weeks. He opened Los Pollos Hermanos on the 1st, and was also treated to visions of being dead and being haunted by the dead that day. Now he's again pursuing an interest in magic, as well as getting more entrenched in the Port through the Community Center and NPP.

Brief Summary of Character's Plot: John arrived at the beginning of the month. He was excited to finally get to meet his best friend Dave face to face! As well as meet some of the trolls and the other homestuck kids that are here. He's been talking to a few people outside of the HS cast so he has some out of cast CR, studying for a placement test to see if he can just skip eighth grade and go into nineth grade so he can hang with Dave. Doesn't really want to go to school, but his dad would want him to, so he will. He is happy about Karkat and Dirk's plans for a big house for them all because he doesn't really like living alone.

Brief Summary of Character's Plot: Nill, after being attacked by a heartless, warned the network of what it looked like and to stay indoors, despite a few people going out anyway. She then got half-healed by an angel, did some recon at an AGI party, and had Yosuke disappear on her a day later. While searching for him the world basically went to shit and she was forced to look at images of a lot of dead loved ones, and to admit after some prodding from Gilbert that Yosuke was not coming back. She's since spent her time learning how to DJ, having more people disappear, finding new jobs to keep her busy despite not needing any jobs at all, and also murdering one unfortunate AGI worker at a sex club. She's been very busy.
