Okay, so before I get into why Nill hates Sasuke, you kind of need to understand Nill's relationship with Itachi and why he meant as much to Nill as he did. In the first game I played Nill in, she wasn't a telepath. She couldn't 'talk' to people like she does now, and a lot more of her interaction with her friends at the time was in person. She didn't have ways to cut in on arguments, and she wasn't skilled in communicating with others in person the way she is now. Itachi, though, understood Nill perfectly. She could mouth out words and he understood and they had actual full conversations. Then, someone that they both cared about a lot went missing and they literally looked for this guy in a hellhole together for months. Itachi was one of the first and only people to believe that Nill was capable of taking care of herself, and he was actually in SP for awhile, which is why Nill remembers him. It's also why she knows that Itachi very much cared for her beyond a shadow of a doubt, because she's a telepath and an empath, and Itachi never felt anything but friendship and a sort of kinship with her.
Same goes for Ino, kind of. Nill wasn't actually as close with Ino as she would have liked to be, but she spent more than a good three years around someone who loved Ino like family. And, being a telepath and an empath, Nill loved Ino like family too.
So, Sasuke saying that Itachi didn't care? Or saying that she has no right to talk about someone that she spent a few years with? Or threatening someone that Nill loved like she loved her actual pseudo family? Sasuke can go to hell for all she cares. There is literally nothing Sasuke can say or do or think that would make Nill believe that Itachi didn't care about her, because she knows he did, and nothing that will make her believe that the way he treated Ino was even remotely acceptable, no matter what Sasuke has been through. Sasuke literally means nothing to Nill. She wouldn't care if he was alive or dead, because he's just one of the most venomous, hateful people she's ever known (in both instances of knowing him), and she doesn't want to be anywhere near him. Now that Ino is gone, she doesn't feel like she needs to keep tabs on him either, so she's not going to. All Sasuke does is make her angry, and why would she want to waste her energy on that?
