Michael will heal Kevin enough so that he doesn't die because HE'S NOT FEELING ALL THAT GENEROUS but he will be grateful enough not to let one of the people who risked his life for this die. Then after the whole thing, like Komix said, Michael will drop him off at one of their safehouses so Kevin can have his space away from the angels and other people while he heals.
