Maria is going to be fine, because she has like zero guilt for anything she does. Maybe a slight runny nose at worst. WHO WANTS VISITS FROM HER... she'll make you spicy soup or something.

Kurisu is going to get decently sick, but nothing fatal. She feels bad about her father, Mayuri, Okabe... a lot of things.
