Aslan loves Roxas. This is pretty much how he feels about everyone he knows, but with Roxas (and most of the other Lightside kids), he has more personal relationships.
Partly, it's because of their youth -- he sees a lot of potential for personal growth in a positive direction, and Roxas has definitely been doing that since he arrived in the Port. He's proud of him and of the responsibilities he keeps up, and he's very glad Roxas has had the chance to take such steps and make his life his own when canon essentially yanked such opportunities away from him.
So, overall, very positive feels for Roxas. He enjoys hanging out with him and will never say no to hugs ever.

Aslan is so proud of him, seriously. Riku is a great example of someone who has made poor choices in the past, yet managed to turn said poor choices into something good. The road to dawn as well as the fact that Riku basically achieves a balance with light and darkness is something Aslan very much appreciates.
He also thinks Riku is too hard on himself a good bit of the time, which is why he makes a point of encouraging him. He also considers Riku family so he is all for papa-son bonding times, anytime, anywhere.

Magneto definitely falls in the category of people Aslan would like to help more and generally be there for more, but Magneto's own reticence to fully trust him...actually makes that hard. Much as Aslan does care about him, he's also a gentleman -- he doesn't like to impose himself where he isn't wanted as that would negate what he has stood for since the inception of his own world.
He does try to guide Magneto when they chat, but not in an overbearing way. He's willing to help if need be, to offer what he can, but he can't (or won't) change Magneto -- the man has to make the decision for himself, and until he does, Aslan will stand at the door and knock every so often but will not force himself in.
