He thinks Ahiru is basically the cutest thing. She's such a sweet kid, seems to care about others a good deal... a little naive about some pretty odd things! But overall just a really good person. He's glad to have her on his team, and as his friend! One day he'll have to teach her all about the wonderful world of idioms, because it boggles his mind that she doesn't seem familiar with them or even needed them explained to her in the first place.

ALSO if they ever get caught out in the dead of night again and a monster appears on the scene, he's determined to actually attempt to protect her from in instead of just grabbing her and running away like a coward. HE WANTS HER TO THINK HE'S COOL (the problem is he's not).
