Why hello there, fellow deviant.

Xigbar likes Phibrizzo. Or he likes his Darkness, I should say, since he senses a sort of kindred spirit in the not-kid's mischievous ways.

He is definitely someone he values as a contact in Siren's Port -- as an ally and potential component in The Plan that drives his own existence.

So yes. He is all over whatever shenanigans Phibrizzo may want to pull of and is more than happy to assist, if needed. The more Darkness, the better.
