SEWWW. Sasuke's memories of Ino are mostly unpleasant. Not only because he didn't like being fawned over when he was younger, but because he thinks of her as being "like all the others". Doesn't understand him, will never understand him; can't even begin to fathom the depth of his pain. So there's anger there too--and this has been exhibited towards Sakura as well--how dare she even think she can get inside his head?

This is partly arrogance on his part, as he sees her as shallow. It's also a coping mechanism against letting anyone close enough to potentially hurt him. If he keeps her at arms-length and continues to think of her as shallow and self-obsessed, it allows him to stay unattached. One less bond to weaken him (and one less bond to potentially lose).

He also thinks of her loyalty to Konoha as stupid and ultimately self-destructive, which lowers his opinion of her intelligence. He's frustrated because he sees her as sticking her head in the sand. Though he professes to want to crush the entirety of Konoha for not realizing their peace was paid for with Itachi's life, I think he really wants validation of how deeply he has suffered. Recognition that nobody around him has been through the hell he's been living since childhood--recognition that his pain is justified and he's not merely a child throwing a fit.

Although that part isn't conscious.
