Demyx. Demyx is a special case. Although Xemnas (and most everyone) knows of the Nobody's laziness laid-back and slacker-like personality, he isn't blind to those rare moments of depth – the more serious side of things the Ninth chooses not to put on display.

Although Siren's Port gave way for individuality and more free-thinking (since the Nobodies already were freely doing enough thinking for their own selfish needs and gains anyway), Demyx is/was still a subordinate. A Nobody.

However, with all that has happened, this applies even moreso. Both ways. (If that makes any sense.)

Xemnas...never really cared for Demyx. SAD TO SAY, but it's the truth. Sure, there may have been some times he tolerated Dem (during which some suggestions were made, like the day spa trip, or sitting in the audience during a live set at that club), but nothing more came of it. And with the events that had taken place, he doesn't mind if the Nobody has a "change of heart." That is acceptable.
