Aw yis. Well. While Tim stalks Roxas' posts on the network (though he does that for everyone), he does feel like he doesn't actually know the kid as well as he could, and as well as he would like to. Yes, he gets that Roxas has a binch of "siblings" in the port, and that he has a lot of friends and that he owns a coffee shop, but the way that people talk about Roxas to him doesn't always add up in his mind? Which is not a bad thing! It just makes him want to know more about this kid, maybe hang out with him a little bit more.

He'd recruit him to the Titans, he'd still like to, actually, but Tim gets the sense that he has a lot on his plate, especially right now? So the offer might not be the best thing right now, but he sees how much like... Joe has kind of grown with it, so he'd love to help promote that kind of growth in Roxas, too. He really does like the kid, he wants to ruffle his hair but is unsure on how he gets the spikes to get like that, so he doesn't want to ruin them.
