Sasuke is a reactionary teenager who's basically been told his entire life that everyone else knows what's best for him and he can't be trusted. This has made him insecure and defensive, so when someone pushes the button that he's wrong, he lashes out in overcompensation, trying to insist to the other person and himself that he's right. In that vein, he feels he never did anything to deserve Nill's dislike, and has shoved her into the category of "enemy", just another person who doesn't understand the hell he's lived through.

He is also possessive because of a deep-seated fear of loss and need for control. Ino is his, and if he doesn't keep a hand in her business she'll disappear. Itachi is his, and if Itachi cares about someone other than him, that means Itachi doesn't care as much about Sasuke, and that angers and terrifies him, so he projects that onto Nill--seeing her as a threat.

So essentially, he thinks she is no better than any of the other people who have betrayed him in the past, and on top of it she has the gall to try and take Itachi's affection away from him. Hatred is easier than dealing with fear, so right now he loudly and emphatically hates her.
