 And to all there be water balloons!

Since there won't be any snow to throw, Frau has resorted to using water balloons.  What does this mean for you?  Well, if you happen to be walking the streets you could very well be hit with one without warning.  He's everywhere and simply enjoying it all. 

Feel free to comment however on it if you want your character hit or let me know if you want to do a log with it actually happening.  I'm game for just a mention of it or full play out.
