Rampage plotting [reprise]
Since last time, I've hammered out details and there are a few logistical changes in place, but there's still plenty of room to get tangled up in the hissy fit if you so choose. The timeline now looks like this:
Week of 3/4
Sasuke has been at the library every day for a good while. Feel free to interrupt his studying for some quiet CR. Or anything you like, really, short of blowing the place up. He's still laying low.
3/7
The fuse is lit.
3/13
The attack will occur.
Sasuke will sneak into city hall, murder or incapacitate some peons with just his sword to avoid detection vis-a-vis the Nulls, and then he'll shove a fist full of lightning through the chests of a couple VIPs. The electricity will short out the power in that room and cause issues and electrical fires other places in the building. He'll be nullified shortly after that, but will continue to attack physically until he is forcibly removed. He's not going to be rampaging in an open log, but he will leave a message on his NV after the first killing. If you want to run into him on the way and maybe get a fist to the face, that's totally doable!
Either AGI or SERO (any affiliated PCs want in on this?) will intercept him after his arrest and keep him detained until they feel they've tortured all the information out of him they can--was he working with someone, the reasons for the attack, etc etc. They'll dump him at the SPPD looking like he's come out of a meat grinder and use the attack as propaganda against Newcomers.
Sometime between 3/16 and 3/20 (dates flexible)
I would love, if possible, for some titans to bust him out of jail. Perhaps in lieu of shutting him down?
I am told Secret Endgame Things will be snowballing from here.
