Welcome to our May plotting meme!

1. Post a comment detailing your characters, what kind of plot they have going on, what kind of plot you'd like others to be involved in. If you're looking for new types of CR, post up what kind you'd be interested in?

2. Look at other player's posts, and offer your characters up for CR and involvement in plots you're interested in.

Game Calendar:
This is tentative game plot calendar for the month of APRIL. If you have a plot in the works that you want to bring up now, so everyone can be involved, please mention it below.

If you're plotting ahead for something which will affect a significant number of people, like breaking a sewer main in a Sector, shutting down a frequented location, causing a lot of widespread status effects etc, please let us know early so we can give everyone a quick rundown idea of what's going on when. This is also to help keep from too many plots from stacking up on top of each other.

Character: Daedalus Yumeno
Character Journal: gaveherwings
Power Information: He can manipulate the rate of cell-growth intuitively, although being able to examine and visualize the cell structre he's working with helps, so he usually needs to see a sample under a microscope. He uses this in specialized healing techniques, such a slowing tumor growth to a manageable rate for removal.
Work Information: Heads the Newcomer Community Center Clinic. Currently works 3 nights a week on genetic research with SERO, after a severe hours cut at Skye Medical Center. He's training for use of his power in treatments, but isn't attending for patients at the hospital right now.

Living Information: A Condo in Sector 3, between Hillsdale and SPU Campuses. Lives with Franz d'Epinay.
Other Information: Extended info here. Daedalus is a gifted young medical doctor and genetic researcher from the dystopian dome-city of Romdeau. He's known for his tolerant patience and good bedside manner, and is prone to ramble at length about social system and civic purpose. Despite seeming a bit straight-laced on the surface, he's rather subversive of the rules when it comes to getting his favorites patients among the newcomers specialized treatments. He can also be something of a fatalist when moody.


I Am Looking For:
~ Doctory/Medical/Healer types for the Newcomer Clinic. We're down a couple folks, we could use some manpower boost!
~ Something/Anything new to get involved in! Daedalus has settled into a pattern, and shake ups are good. Not interested in death, dismemberment or anything too traumatic, he's better on the secondary caretaker/doctor support side of plot.
~ People to be NON-work-related peers.
~ Some kind of research-driven project he can be blackmailed or coerced into doing unwillingly. (Fellow SERO affiliates would be GOLDEN)

Power Information: Weilds a Keyblade & uses Darkness, offensive attacks powered by negative energy of the heart. In Siren's Pull, he is also is a contracted Puella Magi, this gives him some magical capability & enhanced endurance/stamina.
Work Information: Entertainment Coordinator @ Merlotte's / Sound & Light Text Crew @ Grant Stadium
Living Information: With Roxas, Xion & Namine in a Sector 4 Apartment.
Other Information: He's a brash and competitive adolescent with his heart on his sleeve at first glance- A closer look reveals that he's staunchly building a life of his own because he is a clone made from memories, and desperately wants to be his own person. He can wield a keyblade and use the darkness, and believes strongly in protecting the people most important to him. He's also a bit braggy and girl crazy.


I Am Looking For:
~ Adolescent Pals and Adult Mentors
~ MONEY MAKING SCHEMES. Joe is down and job and a little strapped for cash. Anyone with fast get rich ideas, feel free to abuse this kid with promises of full pockets.
~ Anti-Company activity, AGI or SERO
~ Training regime! Anyone for whipping him into practiced combat shape (uses a sword and darkness.)

I don't know about whipping him into shape, but Hinamori/White Justice will spar with him anytime. (I really enjoyed their thread together, and I want more! It doesn't have to be fight-y stuff either. They can just hang out or go play laser tag at ZIPS or something. Although that would probably involve being out of costume, so... prolly not. XD IDK.)

(lol, Joe would actually have to go IN costume, because he's been perma-banned from ZipZ for stirring trouble there, but I'm definitely interested in having him sneak back in eventually. Especially to impress a teammate.)

As for sparring, I'm also down with that, along with any other NPC-ish gang violence intervention

Hahaha ok now I really like this idea. I'm trying to think how it would work exactly, because I would think a couple of kids in costume would sort of stand out, but... maybe they're cosplaying and nobody would ask questions? :|a I dunno. Too cute.

Also, gang violence... /eyes light up ( :/ Oh goodness, now I am having all these ideas... I know other people had been saying they'd like to see more of the faction conflict play out, so I could see something like the two of them being on patrol and stopping a group of SERO thugs beating up an AGI dude out of his element (in some alley in Sector 2 somewhere) and then getting turned on by the other SERO-affiliated people in the area. It could be an open log, too, for other people who might have reason to be in the area and get swept up in the mob fight? Could be interesting.)

And Hinamori needs work on her swordfighting, since that's her weaker skill compared to her magic, so she would definitely hit him up for some practice.

There's actually a faction-related violence open log going up on Wednesday, at the Underground Mall, so alternatively they could be out costume-piece rummaging for their superhero stuff and get caught up in it?

Ooh, that sounds good. (Also I am really amused by the idea that I'm pretty sure all these teenagers are running around in oddball costume-shop hand-me-downs they stitched together.)

Or they could raid the Felton Stage's prop/costume room... seeing as Riku manages there. Joe could sneak the keys from his desk and pilfer a little from the pieces that aren't being used in a production right now.

Since we didn't get around to doing that brotalk over memoryfuckery due to my moving drama, I'd love to have the boys either talk about the whole issue in the aftermath (...is it done yet?) or just do something ridiculous to bond.

Yes! This I have definitely been planning on, but I am so glad to see you settled in at your new place!

Aftermath is fine with me, let me check on the plotting endgame one more time just to figure out how Joe feels in the wake of it. Where'd you like to log them?

Me tooooo. It's so weird to have space and not have to navigate paths between things, which is sad and happy at the same time.

Hmm, it might depend on Joe's state of mind in the aftermath—also whether he'd be aware that Roxas was a victim. I was having him keep kind of quiet about it, but if questioned, he wouldn't have lied about it. Things got a bit handwaved.

I think he's aware... Joe feels a bit hurt and betrayed by the instinct to WANT GOOD for a not-so-nice person, Miss Memories the NPC sort of killed his benefit of the doubt by the end of things, so he's probably back to struggling about how he really feels about Namine's role in C.O.

So some quiet distance might eventually be breached by some offer to get out and Do Things, which is how he usually kills broody restlessness?

Did I hear adolescent pals and training regime? Davesprite's been injured for a while, and he's going to need someone to practice against before he even tries challenging his bro to a rooftop spar. If they don't meet through Ahiru, Davesprite may be becoming a news photographer so it's possible he could be taking pics at Merlotte's or the stadium and they could meet there?

I'd love some stadium action, so maybe some after-game parking lot sparring? bonus points for crashing a tailgate

Joe's got a lot of wheels turning in Jesse's head re: turning Newcomers into a sort of third gang vs AGI and SERO. How would you feel about an arms donation from one aspiring crime lord?
