Nill has been a serious relief in Ino's life here. The two have them haven't gotten along perfectly, but none of her friendships ever work out that way so that isn't an issue. They have different views on things like dealing with loss and Ino respects that. She respects Nill, the shy quiet beautiful girl that has known Shikamaru for a long time and still actually liked him.

Nill is kind of the polar opposite of Ino; shy, quiet, reserved, and serious. She likes that. She likes the whole idea of opposites attracting and Nill is a really great girl. She's funny, smart, and a really caring girl.

They're still rather 'new' in terms of friends since Ino hasn't been here for very long, but Ino really does care for Nill. She's concerned about her but she knows that Nill is strong. She can handle things better than most girls, which makes Ino like her even more. She can't stand the whiny girls who sit around and cry and beg for somebody to pay attention to them. To Ino, Nill is more of a suffer in silence kind of girl who will ask for help if she needs it. Probably.

Ino has all of these plans for her and Nill, really, most of which include shopping and her trying to find a suitable boy for Nill, more lunch dates, and just general lounging about. She enjoys Nill's company, which is ... somewhat rare in this city, where a lot of people are just plain weird.

Nill loves Ino. Despite her better instincts, Nill has a bad habit of thinking others' thoughts for too long! It's a thing that happens, and it mostly happened with Shikamaru. Nill never met Ino before, but because of all the positive memories involving Ino that she got to see in Shikamaru's head, Ino feels like family to Nill.

Unfortunately though, Nill doesn't quite know how to relate to Ino. Ino talks about boys, and fashion, and though Nill is pretty fond of her wardrobe she doesn't really know how to handle either of these topics when it comes to other girls. It's especially awkward because LOL TRAUMA, so she doesn't really know how to handle Ino talking about boys... a lot...

Also she thinks Ino basically has the worst taste in guys. Not even metaphorically, just the worst taste. She's seen one conversation between Ino and Sasuke and for the most part Sasuke was a threatening jackass (yeah she stalked that, sorry), and yet Ino still likes him. 8( don't make her shank the guy because he tried to kill you, Ino.

But seriously, Ino thinks that Franziska is looking for things that aren't necessarily there. Criminal mastermind? Yeah, okay, but after four years there would have been something. Not that she completely understands the Core, she respects and trusts Shikamaru's claim that that's what it is and goes with that.

She's young, and while she seems like a brat, Franziska doesn't irritate Ino too badly. Not that she'd go out of her way to spend time with her, but if she needed help, Ino would help her. The younger girls here need strong role models, right?

even if it's hard sometimes to look at him without getting sad. She wishes so badly that he could have had everything he deserved- his life as a lawyer, his marriage to Jess, his childhood and his innocence. She misses the year she had with him and wishes she could have known him then.

And more than anything, she loves the person she knows him as now. A little happier, a lot more honest, more centered and less volatile than the person she knew before- someone who doesn't mind texting once in a while just because, or gets certain things better than Dean does. She'll never feel the same way about him that she feels about the baby she left behind, but she does love him. She truly loves him, and wants the best for him. She'd take a bullet for him, or hurt for him.

Pretty much. Still, it's hard not to be jaded when you went to school with Shion. Or if you were in charge of anything important in Romdeau. For what it's worth, Shu was a great afternoon tea buddy.

HERE WE GO

She loves him. Even if she'll always be a little flustered at the idea of dating and romance, that's really the only way to describe it. Even then, it's not remotely the same way she loved Mytho, where she idolized him and never really considered herself his equal. With Fakir, there's a much deeper mutual trust. In some ways, it's actually the opposite of the way she felt about Mytho, who made her feel insecure by being (what she interpreted as) so perfect. Instead of making her feel insecure or out of place, though, Fakir is the person who makes her feel most stable, most at home.

He's the person who first made her realize that it's a good thing to feel confident, and she shouldn't be ashamed of who she is. He's the person who made her realize she could protect people, too, in her own way. He's the person who made her realize she didn't have to bow down to fate. More than anything, he's the person who made her a stronger person overall.

But even though she thinks he's amazingly strong and brave, she still worries about losing about him, especially in a place like this. She knows he can be easily angered, and he gets into fights with people, even though he had given that up for the most part. Even without those qualities, though, she's seen completely undeserving people get hurt or killed just because that's how this world is, and she's terrified of the same thing happening to him someday.

Worries about this world aside, though, since he came here, it's like the final piece in her puzzle. Before, she would have been alright with staying here the rest of her life if she could just see him again and know that things are alright - and now she does know they're alright, but instead of seeing him briefly one last time, she has him here for however long the Core decides to keep him around. Selfishly, she hopes it's a long time; maybe if she can gain the courage to tell him how she feels someday, they'll have a chance at something important here.

Oh Kevin. He has so many feelings about Kevin. He can't call it love, because it's not. It's worry, fear, guilt, appreciation, admiration, and an intense violently protective drive.

He knows Kevin needs him. Probably doesn't want him in his life, but needs him. And he hates that between Warren and Lucifer he just does not have the resources. And he knows someone older would understand it's a matter of triage, of putting out the deadliest fires first but he knows that puts Kevin further down the priority level, doesn't give him the attention he needs and god he hates it.

He'll never not feel guilty about this, even if it works out.

And yet he is so very angry about what's happened to Kevin. He wants to shake Emma and Scott, wants to promise Kevin he'll fix things - all of which he knows he can't do. But that doesn't mean he has to be happy about it.

However he did learn a hard, painful lesson with Pietro - he can't force himself into Kevin's life. So he's trying to be patient and be there for him

Aww, Nill, her taste isn't that bad, okay, Sai isn't that much of a bad guy. Sasuke though... yeah, even she knows that at this point. But she'll try to reform him just for the sake of their past together, and because Konoha nin are rare around here. (Even if the jerk won't freaking accept that!!)

Nill makes Jesse hate his job. Seriously. He got into the business to make money off rich corporate assholes, not to take advantage of sweet little girls. So he pretty much hates himself for arming her. He gets through it by telling himself she's just protecting herself, but he's pretty sure she's up to some bad shit, and he feels so guilty for helping her and making a massive profit off her. That aside, he thinks she's just the kindest person and she must be gentle at heart but really terrified of something if she's picking up all these dangerous powers. He can't imagine there's any animosity in her. He wishes he could do something more for her, too. It really touches him every time she's concerned for him, especially since she can read his mind and knows what a scumbag he is.

Through their interactions and (handwaved) work together, he's really to respect and admire her. Naturally, she reminds him of a good-old hunter from back home, but she's so level headed and good humored that he almost forgets about monsters and stuff when they interact. She reminds him a lot of Jo, and he's definitely holding onto a budding sibling relationship with her. That's what he thinks, anyway.

It's been a while since Deathstroke and Nel have threaded, but he's...actually pretty okay with her. His interactions with her have been very businesslike and professional, which he appreciates in no small measure.

She's efficient and keeps her fellows in line -- that she isn't human neither bothers nor impresses him. It's how she conducts herself, which he respects well enough.
