This is tentative game plot calendar for the month of AUGUST. If you have a plot early in the works that you want to bring up now, so people can get involved, please mention it below.

If you're plotting ahead for something which will affect a significant number of people, like breaking a sewer main in a Sector, shutting down a frequented location, causing a lot of widespread status effects etc, please let us know early so we can give everyone a quick rundown idea of what's going on when. This is also to help keep events from stacking up on top of each other.

FUNTOM CAKEBOSS CHALLENGE



That's right, come SATURDAY AUGUST 25TH Funtom will be hosting a giant competition within its kitchen's walls. What sort of contest, you may ask? Well, one that puts the best teams of bakers head to head in a competition to win cash dollars, delicious desserts and glory. Each team will have the entirety of the day to bake and decorate the most ELABORATE and TASTY cakes they can come up with, having full access to Funtom's supplies and kitchen to complete their task.

Interested? Well you should be!

Here are a few quick details - the rest will follow in a post on the OOC com at a later date along with an opportunity for signups!

+ Those who sign up to bake will be put into one of three teams consisting of 4-5 people (if all works out) OR if you wish to create your own teams ICly and sign up that works too, but in total we're aiming for three teams.

+ The prize for winning will be $1000 to each individual of the winning team.

+ There will be five or so judges needed to judge the cakes. These volunteers will be kept in a room at Funtom to themselves and kept entertained with free food and entertainment such as movies/games/drinks and whatnot until it's time for the judging to begin.

+ There will be cameras installed in the kitchen to broadcast all the shenanigans on everyone's NVs, if they choose to tune into the mayhem. Viewers are invited to come down to Funtom for free desserts and tea and of course to partake in the cakes after they've been judged and the winner announced!

The contest will be run by none other than Gilbert Nightray and Ciel Phantomhive. That said, we'd love to see who's initially interested so you can all look forward to the OOC post at a later date! We both want this to be a really silly, huge and just fun event in general with lots of shenanigans and icing flying everywhere.

Character: Ciel Phantomhive

Power Information: Ciel is just a normal ordinary Victorian little boy, aside from the fact he sold his soul to a demon when he was ten. That said however, Sebastian is nowhere to be found. The core however has given Ciel a rather unfortunate ability to be able to shape shift into a small black kitty. Naturally this sucks until he's fully transformed, considering Ciel is allergic to cats. He doesn't have much control over it still, and it's triggered by being around cats more often than not. He really hates his life.
Work Information: Owner of Funtom Toys & Sweets, the successful sweet shop, bakery and toy company in Sector four. Ciel doesn't work out of there though. He usually stays at home in his office in his manor, doing paperwork and eating cakes.
Living Information: Lives in the Phantomhive - Trancy manor in sector six, which is home to a bunch of crazy eccentric people who all suffer from some form of PTSD or bad back stories.
Other Information: Ciel Phantomhive himself is now 14 years old, still an Earl, engaged to Alois Trancy and runs Funtom from behind the scenes along with Gilbert Nightray. He sold his soul to a demon when he was ten after being sacrificed to a cult and having his parents and dog killed before he was kidnapped. He made the contract with a demon whom he named Sebastian so he could become Batman gain revenge on those who forced him to be humiliated. Taking on his father's title as Earl and his position as the Queen's Watchdog, Ciel delved into England's underground filth to serve Her Majesty's wishes as a personal sort of detective of sorts.

Of course, since being here in Siren's Port for two years, that goal of revenge has essentially been erased due to ever changing and damning circumstances. Essentially Ciel's life sucks, he's a small little thing who is a glutton for sweets and broods a lot to himself. With his Auntie back and alive however, he's a bit more high spirited. If one could call it that.

I Am Looking For:

+ CIEL IS SWITCHING BODIES WITH JOE FIELDMAN ON THE 11TH OF AUGUST! That said, I want ALL the CR that this could possibly generate! It's going to be hideous and hilarious.

Character: Astrid Hofferson

Power Information: Astrid's dormant ability is that she is essentially fireproof and can breathe fire...but she hasn't found that out yet!
Living Information: Lives with her boyfriend Hiccup and his dragon Toothless in Snow White's old apartment.
Other Information: Astrid is...a Viking. A very blunt, quick to jump into action and wields an axe kind of girl. She's strong, quick, and also perhaps a bit too extreme for her own good. She's extremely behind in the times, naturally, considering she IS a viking and even though she's been in the port since March, she still doesn't know a lot of things!

I Am Looking For: DELICIOUS CR! Someone to teach her how to read properly! (She still can't...) Someone to try and teach her ~science~ only to piss her off because THAT'S NOT TRUE MIDGARD DOESN'T REVOLVE AROUND THE SUN WHAT IS THIS BULLSHIT??!!! Someone to teach her how to be more of a ~Lady~ and not...to solve all her problems by punching them in the face.

Power Information: Here! Nana is a diclonious which is essentially a mutant caused from a mutation in human DNA caused by a virus etc etc. Essentially she's a little girl who ages twice as fast - meaning she is literally 7-8 now in Siren's Pull but looks only around 14. She also has pink hair, horns and wicked strong invisible arms and hands that can reach out and punch holes through cars or pass through matter if she wanted them too. She also has none of her original limbs, having had them ripped off in a fight with another of her kind, so she has realistic prosthesis that fall off from time to time.
Living Information: Lives with her Uncle Raul and her Sister Pino and all their animals! c:
Other Information: NANA IS A SWEET GIRL but she of course does have the wild side her species possesses. She just suppresses it a lot. Ever since she was born she was also a test subject essentially tortured for the benefit of scientists trying to eradicate her species. She likes feeding pigeons with Mister William and will pretty much be anyone's friend.

She also has huge daddy issues and is obsessed with her Papa ;_; if you are male, have black hair and glasses...consider yourself loved already.

I Am Looking For: More friends around Nana's age for her to interact with! Things to get her into trouble or a chance for her to use her Vectors more. Just...more moe things and hilarious things ;w;

Other Information: KYUBEY IS a creep. He's an alien creature who goes about granting pretty much any wish ever in return for a girl's (or in Siren Pull's case boys too) service as a Puella Magi or Magical Girl to fight Witches. Kyubey enjoys long walks on the beach, Happy Meals and contracts. Currently he's contracted Ahiru, Joe, Larry and Madoka!

Also Meowth thinks they're dating. Really.

I Am Looking For: MORE MAGICAL GIRLS, more Happy Meals, more hideousness, more people to troll, more people to dote and pet him yes... Just anything/everything!

Power Information: She's a mermaid so her song is enchanting to listen to and she's drop dead gorgeous. She also eats dudes. But not often...only if they're dicks to her 8T... Also she gets legs when she goes on land but doesn't know how to walk yet :c
Living Information: Under the sea! Around the docks and the beaches. She swims about from time to time.
Other Information: Syrena is a tsundere mermaid from Whitecap Bay. She isn't really fond of land and is kind of lonely being the only one of her kind. She's made a few friends thus far and is constantly learning about ~human feels and kindness~ since that shit is foreign to mermaids.

She's also been after hotdogs and pie when she gets the chance.

Power Information: Raul is able to command people to stay in one spot by his voice. Which he never uses.
Information: General Manager for Lion’s Gate. Father to Pino, uncle to Nana, and not!father to Yosuke. He is also the Chairman for the Newcomer Political Party, and as such, he is always on the lookout for things to help out fellow Newcomers. He’s hiring for Lion’s Gate, the Newcomer Community Center, and the Newcomer Political Party.
Looking For: Standard hiring for Lion’s Gate is a go; they need bartenders, waiters, entertainment, kitchen staff, and security. All of the Newcomer Community Center stuff will now go through Director Vesper Lynd and Assistant Director Kurt Hummel. I’d love to find Raul some kind of love/sexual interest? Someone to screw around with, go on dating, maybe to not be completely serious. Honestly, I’m trying to figure out where to go with him right now, both professionally and personally. The NPP needs more things to do as well, so if anyone has an idea for political shenanigans? I’d love to get something going. Raul’s been here for a while, now, and I’m worried he’s getting kind of stale, so anything, really, I’m up for it, so long as he doesn’t die!

Character: Dr. Kenzo Tenma

Power Information: Tenma has anesthetic touch. He can numb someone anywhere, up to eight hours, now.
Information: Tenma works as a doctor and surgeon at SP General Hospital and as a doctor in the Newcomer Clinic, but he is also an AGI affiliated doctor, and works for them by doing checkups on all slaves and anyone else in AGI that they want him to check out. He has lost a few friends, and he’s rooming with Benjamin (Czeslaw) and Vesper Lynd right now.
Looking For: Tenma has been through a lot lately. He’s lost a few friends, all who were sent back home by the Core, and he is also newly single! So come on, ladies, who wants a hot, nice, derpy doctor to go on a date with them? Aw yeah. Otherwise, Tenma could use more friends, more patients, more everything! Especially new patients with interesting medical things/immortalities/diseases/anything. He’s getting a little stale, and he really could use more to do. I’d love for someone to be his Johan? That would be SO EXCELLENT. Otherwise, he needs everything. I’ve been floundering a little with where I want him to go, so any help would be great!

Character: Mr. Gold | Rumpelstiltskin

Power Information: Permission's Post! Mr. Gold has all of the powers of his counterpart, Rumpelstiltskin; he can use magic for anything, basically. He can create curses, is immortal, spin straw into gold, etc. All of these things are done through him making deals with a character. If you need more of an idea of what he does, look here!
Information: Mr. Gold is a living fairytale that was stuck in a town in upstate Maine for years because of a curse that sent all fairytale characters to a world where there are no happy endings; our world. For the past 28 years he’s been living in Storybrooke as “Mr. Gold”, a pawnshop owner, money lender, baby broker, many other nefarious things, all the while knowing that he is really “Rumpelstiltskin”, a fairytale character with immense wealth and power. The curse that sent them all to our world made sure that no one would remember who they were, or let them have powers; because he’s now in SP, he’s suddenly gained all of his powers back.
Looking For: Mr. Gold recently came into possession of the pawnshop “Pawntificate”, now changed to “Crossroads”, and so he’s taking care of the business with that. He’s also given the back room to Jesse so he can operate his “power dealing” stuff in a safe place. He’s also been in contact with Spencer, and is involved with finding Newcomers for the “Newcomer Hunt”. Mr. Gold is a jack of all trades kind of guy; he usually has his hand in a bit of everything, which would be nice to do here! As for Rumpelstiltskin, it’ll be awhile before he does anything with that persona; what he can do with his magic, though, is make deals. Any kind of deal, Rumpelstiltskin will make! Be warned, it never really turns out well for the other person, seeing as he always comes to collect, and usually doesn’t give his price right away. Mr. Gold looks to the future in everything he does, so while it might not make sense now, it will soon! I am interested in getting him involved with making some kind of “villain network”, so if anyone would like to get involved with that, that would be great!

Character: Tim Drake

Power Information: Tim is a technopath. He can figure out the inner workings of any electronic through telepathy, and he can stick his hands into computers and work things around. He doesn’t know about his powers yet, though!
Information: Tim parades around as a programmer for Violet Systems. He also goes around as Red Robin at night, beating up drug dealers. Tim is in charge of the Teen Titans, a superhero group that saves people from the darkness, looks for kidnapped kids, and fights monsters. They work in teams, with codenames and costumes. Tim also lives in a large apartment with Conner Kent, Blaine Anderson, and Kurt Hummel.
Looking For: Tim is in charge of the Teen Titans; what he would love is for some more people to recruit! If your character wants to be a superhero, have an alias, wear a costume, and beat up bad guys? Let me know, Tim would love to send them a message! Again, I’d love for Red Robin to get a “main” villain, a real adversary who would love to play cat and mouse with him. He’s a smart kid, one of the best detectives out there, and enjoys bantering. If anyone is up for that, that would be awesome. Plus, he needs to figure out his powers, too, so that could be fun. I could really use something that he can throw himself into, whether at work, with friends/family, or through the TT. Any help with any of that would be great.

Power Information: Permission's Post! She’s Death. Dying, living, she deals with it all.
Information: Death is the physical embodiment of death. She is very cheerful and loves people, so expect her to be very happy and talkative. She’s in charge of the bar "Mugshots", and she’s partners with Deathstroke for the bounty hunting stuff. She was busy with the guilt plot, but now she has more time to get back to the things she loves.
Looking For: Really simple things! Death needs more friends, she needs more family type people, she needs people to fall in love with (and fall in love with her), and she needs more coworkers. Death is looking for a waiter/waitress, a bartender, and a cook, all to work at Mugshots. Also, more bounty hunters! We’re looking for more ideas for the bounty hunting business, so if anyone has any ideas (actually being involved is a bonus, but not required!) we’d really love to hear them. Death could use some roommates, too, ones that are not her two fish or her new cat. She’s been kind of sluggish lately, so I’m trying to come up with ideas for her. Any help in that would be greatly appreciated.

Power Information: He can manipulate the rate of cell-growth intuitively, although being able to examine and visualize the cell structre he's working with helps, so he usually needs to see a sample under a microscope. He uses this in specialized healing techniques, such a slowing tumor growth to a manageable rate for removal.
Work Information: Heads the Newcomer Community Center Clinic. Currently works 3 nights a week on genetic research with SERO, after a severe hours cut at Skye Medical Center. He's training for use of his power in treatments, but isn't attending for patients at the hospital right now.

Living Information: A Condo in Sector 3, between Hillsdale and SPU Campuses. Lives with Franz d'Epinay.
Other Information: Extended info here. Daedalus is a gifted young medical doctor and genetic researcher from the dystopian dome-city of Romdeau. He's known for his tolerant patience and good bedside manner, and is prone to ramble at length about social system and civic purpose. Despite seeming a bit straight-laced on the surface, he's rather subversive of the rules when it comes to getting his favorites patients among the newcomers specialized treatments. He can also be something of a fatalist when moody.


I Am Looking For:
~ Newcomer Hunt people! If you want someone to get your injuries documented, try the Newcomer Center Clinic?
~ Something big to shake Mr. Contented Doctor up.
~ People to intellectually mentor, or to learn from. He could definitely use some sage wisdom about how to not only being politically correct/sensitive about supernatural beings/strange powers, but how to get over some of his awkwardness about things which don't make much scientific sense.
~ People to challenge his ethical boundaries! Daedalus does work for what is essentially a SERO Eugenics lab, and cheats the system to get medical coverage for some of his patients.

Power Information: Weilds a Keyblade & uses Darkness, offensive attacks powered by negative energy of the heart. In Siren's Pull, he is also is a contracted Puella Magi, this gives him some magical capability & enhanced endurance/stamina.
Work Information: Private Party DJ / Sound & Light Text Crew @ Grant Stadium. A Teen Titan by night!
Living Information: With Roxas, Xion & Namine in a Sector 4 Apartment.
Other Information: He's a brash and competitive adolescent with his heart on his sleeve at first glance- A closer look reveals that he's staunchly building a life of his own because he is a clone made from memories, and desperately wants to be his own person. He can wield a keyblade and use the darkness, and believes strongly in protecting the people most important to him. He's also a bit braggy and girl crazy.


I Am Looking For:
~ People to freak out on Aug. 11th, when he bodyswaps with Ciel Phantomhive
~ People to aggravate his darker side, because he's gearing up for some trouble with that, later this month.
~ Soccer Players! There's this harebrained notion that Newcomers might be sponsored by a local sports mogul for a scrimmage soccer league starting in the fall! Come play for the Underdogs!
~ MONEY MAKING SCHEMES. Joe is down and job and a little strapped for cash. Anyone with fast get rich ideas, feel free to abuse this kid with promises of full pockets.

Power Information: Magical girl ballet princess, aww yeah. She can manipulate nature to some extent, as well as heal others both physically and emotionally due to her contract with Kyubey! This involves her taking the pain herself. She's also much more invulnerable due to the contract .
Work Information: In Iroh's music store for the summer! She's a student during the school year; September will be her first year of high school.
Living Information: Phancyhive!
Other Information: Duck, super friendly, naive, clumsy, kindhearted, all that jazz. She has approximately five million birds and recently got a cat as well!

Work Information: Part time at Funtom, part time at Lion's Gate. Also muffins for Crowley in his spare time. All the baking.
Living Information: He lives in an apartment with the rest of the Hunger Games crew and Fluttershy, because everyone needs a pony.
Other Information: Formerly from a horrible world with a horrible traumatic life, likes to bake, great at boosting morale, very kind, jokes around a lot. Currently being extremely horrified by the reality of the Newcomer Hunt because of his previously mentioned traumatic life. He's engaged to Katniss Everdeen as well.

Living Information: Lives with Blaine and Tim and their buddies.
Other Information: Since the Newcomer Hunt Kurt has been busting his ass trying to communicate with media outlets and to bring the hammer down on the hunters in the cleanest, classiest way possible. Since this approach doesn't seem to be working, he's frustrated as hell rn. :\

Information: Riku works at the Felton Theater as the manager and producer, and at Lion's Gate as head of security. He works a lot but when he's not, he's usually out training or taking care of the KH kids. He also keeps an eye on Xino E. Mao and their stuff. He's also a double agent working for the companies and is very big on snooping around.

Being that he works for the theater and a big upscale club, he's always looking for new workers. If you want to be a night worker and wait on tables or cook, or if you're talented with singing/acting/dancing, hit him up!

Information: Necomer caseworker, police officer, and NPP committee member (and bounty hunter sometimes, but no one knows that). She lives in a private flat that's impossible to get into and has awesome powers, including regeneration/healing and wings (if you want to do some sort of plotting with that)! She's also training under some pretty badass people so she can be stronger and more capable, since she's afraid that if she slips up, people will die.

She's generally a girl who doesn't take a lot of nonsense and isn't very kind to people right off the bat unless you ping her various oddities. She's also been the target of Joker and Black Mask nonsense, though the latter is dead. She's waiting for the other shoe to drop.

She has a second boarding house for people who need a place to stay but can't afford a lot of rent, where you can pay rent by cooking, cleaning up the place, and making it livable for yourself.

Information: Dani is The Angelus, one of the "trinity" of her home world alongside the Darkness and the Balance. Basically, she is the head of the race of angels, can create them and order them to do her bidding, and she gets some snazzy powers to go with it. She also gets armor and angel wings. Neat, huh? She's both fun and serious, depending on the issue, and she's got a bit of a sarcastic bite to her.

She's getting a job as a ballet dance instructor and will be living in a studio apartment somewhere. When she's not too busy being the Angelus and helping people, or fighting the Darkness, she likes to go out to dance clubs and party or practice ballet on her own time. Or just be a regular, normal person.

She also might be getting a job as an entertainer/model for AGI shortly. Still looking into that.

• PLOT. I feel like so many of my logs and threads lately are just mundane and wind up serving no real purpose. I want to do something significant with him--he's been here for like nine months now and I just feel like he's spinning his wheels.

• He would love to talk to anyone who has information about the Hunters. He's keeping it on the down-low but he's actively trying to find out anything about them. Also I'm planning to canon update him probably at the end of next month, just for the record, so if there's something anyone wanted to do prior to that speak now or forever hold your peace. Other Information: Bo's a bit naïve and a little too trusting, and this has gotten him in trouble in canon, and has already gotten him in trouble here. XD He doesn't seem able to wrap his head around the fact that the natives don't like the newcomers. He also has an adorable pet fire ferret (think red panda and you're pretty much there) named Pabu with him, and you might see the two of them putting on a dorky little circus act for change on the corner occasionally.

• Friends! Bo loves people and he's ridiculously friendly. He'll chat up anybody, really. Right now Korra's about the only person he really knows, so I'd definitely like to add a few more folks to his datebook, as it were. ;D

• Bad influences! AS I mentioned, Bo has a knack for getting himself into sticky situations. Living Information: He lives in the swanky Bachelor Pad of Awesome with Xemnas in Sector One.
Other Information: He is a troll. He is also a Nobody, which means he has lost his metaphysical heart to the Darkness about ten years ago. Not a nice guy, despite his smarmy friendly veneer. He's also well-acquainted with one Master Xehanort who recently returned arrived in the Port and will likely be working with him on the side. (Take that as you will.) Also, there is a potential canon update for Xigbar on the horizon, possibly toward the end of August. Not much will change EXCEPT, if you thought he was hideous before, he'll be even more so after certain things are brought to light.

He's an ass but once you dig deeper he's easy to get along with and you won't find anyone more loyal than he is. Power Information: Ashitaka is under the curse of a boar god that he killed. The curse grants him inhuman strength; he can take off someone's head or arms with one shot from his arrow. (Don't ask about the physics of this.) The mark reacts to rage and hate. It will eventually spread across his body and kill him. Obviously I will be working to keep this from happening, as I kind of like him alive. ^^;

Ashitaka is also able to recognize gods/demons/spirits. See his permissions post for what this entails. Additionally, he can speak to pc animal characters.

Work Information: Still trying to figure out what he can do. :/ It's rough being from 700 years or so in the past.

Living Information: Currently still living in the Newcomer apartments. Will then be joining Tim.

Power Information: Causing trouble Larry can temporarily erase memories. Besides that, he made a contract with Kyubey and is now harder to kill and possesses more than a little bit o' magic. He can cast shields anywhere, of varying sizes and strengths.
Work Information: Freelance artist and food prep person at Lion's Gate. I...am not sure if he has already moved up to becoming a chef but WHATEVER HE WORKS WITH FOOD.
Living Information: Lives in a simple two-story house in Sector 6 with his cat and bunny.
Other Information: When something smells, it's usually the Butz. Larry is known for unwittingly getting into and causing trouble, isn't quite the sharpest tack in the box, and can be very impulsive and overly emotional. However, on the flip side, he's a loyal friend, his heart is in the right place, he has good intentions despite constantly messing up, and he does have some talent. Oh, and he desperately wants a girlfriend.

IMPORTANT: Larry will be hunted down during the second Newcomer hunt, and the chances of me killing him off are high. I DID say he's harder to kill, but powers will be excruciatingly hard to use, so I'm guessing he may not survive.

I Am Looking For:
- Girls to date. Always and forever. Larry desperately needs a GF.
- Friends! All the friends and friendship things and bonding forever.
- More people to discover that he's a Puella Magi (currently, only Phoenix Wright and Kyubey know about it)
- People to teach him how to use a halberd properly and not drop it on his foot (his next post will be about that, and let's watch him try to keep his contract under wraps after that)
- Negative CR! People to annoy because Larry is annoying, people to mess up in front of, people to basically get ticked off at him or steal his gals or y-yeah.
- Criminals to frame him, because it has to happen.
- Villains to use him as a pawn because he's gullible.
- EVERYTHING YOU CAN THINK OF.
