Welcome to our August plotting meme!

Game Calendar:
This is tentative game plot calendar for the month of AUGUST. If you have a plot early in the works that you want to bring up now, so people can get involved, please mention it below.

If you're plotting ahead for something which will affect a significant number of people, like breaking a sewer main in a Sector, shutting down a frequented location, causing a lot of widespread status effects etc, please let us know early so we can give everyone a quick rundown idea of what's going on when. This is also to help keep events from stacking up on top of each other.

RW-mod here! I'll be covering for AGi for a bit-

It can happen, yes. Board members of the company itself are generally untouchable, but there are others who can be killed to make a statement.

One way to do this would be to target the management of XXX, since that's the flagship business of the company. Another alternative would be a governor lobbyist with no real official affiliation, but acts as a liaison between city hall and the corporation. It depends on what angle you want to take with it since AGI controls a lot of media, imports/shipping, some construction, restaurants, banking, liquor regulation, etc.

AGI officials of some significance are also generally guarded by trios -- a physical bruiser, enhanced 'specials' with combat ability, and someone with powers (telepaths/mind control types if they can get them) -- so there's potential for conflict there.

Most likely he'd be going into the mission wearing the face of someone close to the target, like a family member or favorite prostitute or anything that could get him in a room with the person away from the usual entourage. I don't expect it to work once they catch on that someone's using an ability to do this, but it'd probably take a few kills before anyone figured out there's a pattern to this sudden wave of "suicides".

He knows xXx and the slave trade more intimately than any other aspect of AGI so that's probably where he'd focus, having come in personal contact with most of the targets involved. If he can't get to a board member, then he'd certainly be going after the owners and main operators of xXx. Not people like him who were strong-armed into working there, but the people who choose to profit off of the trade. Definitely anyone with blood on their hands. It'd be best if the initial message these killings send is that these people have done something so horrific that they feel suicide is the only compensation they can give.

That sounds workable.

Since the people in AGI aren't slouches, it's likely they'd pick up on something fishy going on after a few kills, so by the 4th victim or so, Shika would probably find getting close to his targets to be more difficult. The potential for injury is also there since, as mentioned before, the bodyguards are versatile.

If you'd prefer Shikamaru didn't get ID'd, that's fine, but it'll get more dangerous for him the longer he pursues it.
