treehoppingApologies for a lack of tags lately from Rue, Seras and GLaDOS lately, I've been having internet troubles the past five days. I'm not sure if it's going to keep working right now, so just a note could be a while for tags still!

Since there won't be any snow to throw, Frau has resorted to using water balloons. What does this mean for you? Well, if you happen to be walking the streets you could very well be hit with one without warning. He's everywhere and simply enjoying it all.
Feel free to comment however on it if you want your character hit or let me know if you want to do a log with it actually happening. I'm game for just a mention of it or full play out.
